Important Information Regarding Scholarships and Registration

Thank you for your interest in attending our retreat. We're honored to walk alongside you in your grief journey and are committed to making our retreats as accessible and supportive as possible.

Please note the following:
- All retreatants must complete our registration application before any scholarship funds can be applied. This ensures we understand your needs and can best support you during the retreat experience.
- If, after reviewing your application, we find that we are unable to meet your health or support needs, any deposit made will be immediately refunded in full.
- If you are awarded a scholarship and later choose not to attend the retreat, you will receive a gift card in the amount of your deposit. This can be applied to a future retreat or any resources available on our website.
- Please note that we are unable to offer cash refunds, as securing scholarships requires a significant commitment of time and resources from our team.
- Once your scholarship has been confirmed, we will notify you promptly to begin your retreat application.
