By submitting this application, you are confirming your availability and commitment to attend the retreat if accepted.
Please understand that significant time, prayer, and financial coordination go into each retreat. Our team of volunteers and leaders work diligently to secure sponsorships, prepare materials, and reserve lodging in advance. Each registration represents a place intentionally held and often partially or fully funded through generous donors. If you apply for and are awarded a scholarship, please be aware that accepting it signifies your intent to attend.
Should you later decide not to participate, your scholarship will be forfeited, and it may affect the ability to secure future funding on your behalf. These funds are limited and are carefully stewarded to help as many grieving mothers as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we ask that you notify Red Bird Ministries as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. This allows us to offer your space to another mother in need.
Your cooperation helps us honor our donors, respect our leaders’ time, and ensure that this ministry of healing continues to reach those who need it most.
