The following application form is designed to help us get to know you and the journey that led you to seek out Red Bird Ministries (RBM) Leadership.

At RBM, we believe that being a grief minister is a vocation; not something we manufacture, but a calling from the Holy Spirit. We encourage you to take your time to prayerfully work through this form. Once you have submitted your application, our Director of Psychological Services will reach out to schedule a follow-up Zoom call to discuss your application, giving us and you a chance to ask further questions. Because grief ministry is a vocation, you can think of this form as the starting point of our joint discernment process!
